Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, leverage, asset structure and liquidity to profitability. The population in this study is a food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2016. Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. There are 11 companies as sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analisys. Company size, leverage, asset structure and liquidity variables simultaneously had effect18% on the profitability of food and beverage companies. Based on the results of this study, leverage and liquidity variables effect profitability. While firm size and asset structure have no effect on profitability.
